I hate people who dwell on the past they can do nothing about especially when it comes to love so i have compiled my list of how to get over an Ex.Remember guys this is my 101 so judge me all you want but add your own.Lol.
- When dating do not memorize your loves cell phone number.This is to avoid drunk dialing him after break up or having that urge to call and embarrass yourself.
- Delete number and all means of contact even if it means loosing mutual friends you had together.
- Sit at home and cry like a donkey.Some Exes are like antibiotics you have to cry them out your system.
- Do not answer calls from him and no friendly coffee dates its Over damn at!
- Look hotter by taking care of your body.If he hurt you put a poster of his face on a punch bag and box it till you have no more breath.
- Make new memories and restart your brain like a computer.Lol.good luck.
- Go fishing for new meat i meant hunting.
C'mon girl we all know that its easier said than done truth is matters of the heart are very tricky and what works for one cannnot really work for the other, we all different and surely we will all react differently when faced with such challenges am still hoping that all these famous scientists can come-up with a way of totally erasing one's ex from mind, in that way it will be like it never happened so you just take an antitode then voola he/she is completely erased, the memories everything.Now that sounds like a plan hey
ReplyDeleteDid you just say "go out hunting"? when has jumping into another relationship helped one to overcome or forgot an ex? well i know men find it easy to jump from one skirt to another with a snap of a finger but does it work for women? And yes through the process of crying yourself to sleep i think its wise to do it with class as you dont wanna end-up with extra 5kilos so its important to binge on celery instead of attacking an ice cream tub or doughnuts but then again one gotta do whatever is necessary to get over the ex right?As long as you wont end-up in jail due to extreme measures
It differs from person to person, and Mel is right by summarising it very well,by saying what works for the other person,is not always works for another person...In my book i call break-up and how to get over with an Ex,whether in relationship/marriage a "sad song". And a "sad song" doesn't care whose hearts it breaks, and many of us have sung that"song", and believe me,the tune is not good to our likings..
ReplyDeleteI put the r/ship & marriage on the same platform,though i think the latter one has more weight than the first, and the first one prepares us to enter that "door" of marriage,if we are lucky, and trains us in different aspect of life,in short i believe the too correlates..
When i first receive my "sad song" book,i was frustrated,angered more than you can imagine, and nothing frustrates more than when the r/ship doent go according to the expectations, and i'm sure its even worse in marriage, and the break up is very devastating to say the least, and the 'sad song' how to get over that,its a blow under belt..
I cried like donkey,as Lady88 puts it,but i told myself that there is only one person who can help myself,and that person is I.Yes,even if there seems as if therw there was nnot a good reason(s),there certainly was one, and probably more than one, and yes we could have enjoyed being together for a while,but if that r/ship was not what both of us wanted for life,it would have ended eventually.
And thinking about the reasons why it ended actually made it much clearer to me that it takes two people to start r/ship,but just one discordant person is enough to end it,and it also helped me to avoid missteps in future if i can identify areas where i contributed to the demise of the r/ship.And its very commom to romanticize the good part(s) of the r/ship, convincing yrself that, maybe,the bad part(s) were not so after all..but hey..!
I had to do something quickly,somthing that will help me,i took that time to do something i always wanted to do,but had no time,visit family members i never had a chance to visit,do more researches,study few courses,talk to friend,kept myself busy,i had to keep my space,things that remind of her i put them away,delete msg's,phone numbers,emails,en alles,i had cope with the pain.
I accepted that i'm humna being who makes mistakes, and if she thought that was it,so be it. A mirror never loses its reflection even if it is broken in thousands of pieces,its time to move, and i had to come up with something that will resuscitate me,something that will placate my mind and no matter how lame it looks now,but it worked out for me,and it wont for the other person,i told myself that i'm smarter than the rest of my friends,i am handsome..LOL,i'm champion,i'm strong
Iam rich,i have million in the bank,mind you that i dont even work, and no one will break me, and i tell you it helped me a lot, and how i survived that,only God knows,i live like that for the next two years,but then, that sad song slowly and slowly came to and end, and the formula to determine how to get over your Ex,will be determined by you only,after going thru all the advices we give you,you will have to choose which one suits you best,and of course you must work around your attitude in order to to jump that hurdle.We are differnt,what worked for me, will never sometimes work for you, but listen friends for advice,they will help,and its up to you to choose which one is right for you, and lastly put your best foot infront..
